Deer Hunt for Challenged Individuals. .
Challenged
Outdoorsmen is a non-profit organization that provides persons with disabilities
and disadvantaged youth the opportunity to experience free of charge the outdoors
without limitations.
Challenged
Outdoorsmen of America - Northeast Texas Outdoors Chapter will be conducting it's
11th Annual whitetail deer hunt on December 16th through December 18th, 2011 at
Brushy Creek Area on Lake 'o the Pines.
The
hunt is co-hosted by COA-NETO and United States Corps of Engineers. The COA event
will be held at Lake O” Pine’s Brushy Creek area. These hunts are managed hunts
and harvests are limited due to the guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth
by the Corps of Engineers and Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept.
This
hunt as all COA-NETO events is free to the participant.
All
hunters participating will be responsible for their transportation to and from
the hunt meeting area.
The
hunter will have to be a legally licensed hunter with current 2011-2012 hunting
license and hunter safety certification if applies. .
It
is required that you pre-apply for the hunt. Information for application is at
